Claremont Youth Basketball runs an annual recreational youth basketball program for boys and girls from 1^st through 12^th grade (generally referred to as “CYB”). CYB has three major units in the league as outlined below:

CYB Programs

There is no fixed number of players or teams in any CYB program. The number of teams is determined by the number of players that register for a given program.

The CYB Clinic is not a basketball league but is subject to the same general regulations outlined in this section.

The CYB League is further divided into Divisions based on school grade as follows:

Each Division is overseen by a Division Commissioner appointed by The Board.

Any exception to a player’s grade eligibility for a given division (i.e. playing up) requires approval by The Board and the Division Commissioner.
