CYB Picture Day 2025 

Dear CYB Families and Coaches, 

This year, our picture services will be provided by Ultimate Exposures (UE). UE is helping provide an amazing array of options for each family. Another change is that Picture Day will occur at El Roble Intermediate School's Dance Studio. Picture Day will no longer be at Claremont High School. 

Be sure to note your team's picture time on the posted schedule. Below is information you'll need to navigate picture day. 


ULTIMATE EXPOSURE PICTURE DAY GUIDE

UE Picture Days are smooth running, efficient, and fun! To help achieve this goal, please follow these simple guidelines. Through a team effort, we'll achieve Ultimate Success!

• There are NO order forms to be filled out.

• Your coach will provide you with your scheduled photo time.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early in full uniform.

• Upon arrival, find your coach/team and stay together as a group. Your coach/team parent will visit our on-site sales booth to check in.

• Parents may visit our sales booth to "touch and feel" our product selection and get help with any questions.

• The use of onsite QR codes ensures parents will receive email proofs of their athletes.

• All images from Picture Day are posted online within 10 days

If your player is unable to make it to picture day, there will be a makeup picture day in January 2026. However, there will be NO TEAM PICTURES taken on makeup picture day. Only individual pictures will be taken.
